Lawmakers Raises Repealed

This comes just 132 days after the legislature raised the salaries of more than 13 hundred public officials.
The vote for the payraises came under fire- after it was taken in the middle of the night-- without public notice or debate.
The house passed a bill repealing the raises on Monday. Today, three hours after the bill received a unanimous vote in the state senate
Governor Rendell signed it.
