D.A. Seeks Death Penalty for Curran 11/3/05

If a Northumberland County man is convicted of killing his ex-wife, the District Attorney says he will seek the death penalty. 31-year-old Richard Curran waived his right to a formal arraignment yesterday. Prosecutors say back in August, Curran shot his wife, Tina, to death outside of the Shamokin Community Hospital where she worked. The couple had apparently been a arguing over child support.
