A lemonade stand continues to operate in Forty Fort, following fears it might be shut down today by Borough officials. Debbie Taylor, a girl scout troop leader has been operating the stand, for the past three weeks, to raise money for hurricane katrina victims. She claimed that the borough threatened to shut down the stand because she didn`t have the right permits. Today we talked with Forty Fort council member Joe Chacke who says there was a misunderstanding. The lemonade stand will be open Sunday from noon to 3pm.
