Accused Killer Back In Court 8/17/05

Accused double killer Hugo Selenski returned to court in Luzerne County today, but it was the prosecution that was on the defense. A special hearing was held today, after sealed files from the Selenski case were opened by the Luzerne County District Attorney`s office. Hugo Selenski is charged with two counts of murder after the bodies were unearthed from his Kingston Township Property back in 2003. Now the judge will decide on how to handle the opened documents.
