Man Seen Beating Little Girl 8/5/05

State Police are trying to track down a man seen beating a young girl in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Hazle Township Friday afternoon.
Police say the man was seen striking the girl, who is about three-years-old after she fell out of a shopping cart.
The suspect is described as a hispanic man, about 5-feet 10 inches tall, 200 pounds, 30 years-old, with black hair down to his waist in a pony tail.
He was last seen in an older model Plymouth grand voyager minivan with wood paneling.
It had Pennsylvania plates GBN 3989.
