Man Charged With Fatal Crash 6/21/05

A Luzerne County man police say was involved in a deadly crash last April, will now face charges in connection with the case.
50 year-old Richard Zuba of Dallas was arraigned Tuesday on charges of homicide by vehicle while under the influence, speeding, careless driving, and several other violations.
Police say Dena Finnerty of Hughestown died in the three vehicle crash that happened on the Cross Valley Expressway on April 9th.
Zuba is free on 25-thousand dollars bail.
