Diocese lawsuit settled 5/06/05

The lawsuit involving two society of Saint John`s priests and the Diocese of Scranton has been settled for $380,000 dollars. Two priests were accused of molesting a former Saint Gregory Student. The priests were under the supervision of Bishop James Timlin and the Roman Catholic Diocese. The settlement was approved in Federal Court in Scranton
