Penndot Budget 4/13/05

Penndot says this past winter seemed a lot less severe then in winter`s past which helped them save almost one million dollars. Penndot was planning on spending about 9 million this winter, but only ended up spending about 8 million. Now there will be more money to take on projects like the bridge project on Interstate 81 in Moosic and of course the nasty potholes.
