Scranton Man Arrested at Terry Schiavo Protest 3/29/05

Protesters have been camping out in front of the Florida facility for days. One of those protestors, a Scranton man, attempted to break-in the hospice today. Police say they captured Dr. Dow Pursley, a professor at Baptist Bible Bollege in Clarks Summit. Investigators took him to Pinellas County Jail, where he`s charged with attempted burglary and resisting arrest without violence. The incident occurred while Reverend Jesse Jackson was holding a news conference outside the hospice.
