Critical evidence in a Luzerne County double murder case will be turned over to Hugo Selenski`s lawyers. Luzerne County Judge peter Paul Olszewski Jr ruled Wednesday prosecutors must turn over hundreds of bone fragments by April 23rd. Defense lawyers want their own experts to examine the bones that investigators say were found on Selenski`s Kingston Township property in June of 2003. Selenski is accused of murdering 29 year-old Frank james and 22 year-old Adeiye Keeler. The remains of three others were also found on the property, but no charges have been filed with those murders.
