A Luzerne county man is locked up tonight after police say he impersonated an officer while carrying a weapon on school grounds. Rashad Moore of Edwardsville was brought in to a magistrate`s office in Kingston today. He`s now jailed on $17,500 dollars bail stemming from an incident at the Pringle Elementary school last week. Moore apparantly told school officials he was a police officer in Newark, New Jersey and after the superintendant filed a complaint, police say they found a history of Moore posing as law enforcement. Moore is awaiting court dates on those other charges.
