Sunday Liquor Sales to Begin in Monroe County 1/25/05

You don`t have to wait until Monday anymore to buy liquor. The "Wine and Spirits" Shop in Blakeslee is one of 162 stores in the Commonwealth -- that will open its doors on Sunday. It`s all part of a pilot program that began two years ago to expand liquor sales in Pennsylvania. The first official Sunday the store will be open is Superbowl Sunday, February 6th.
