Northeast Audio In Dunmore is closed.
And consumers say they are having trouble getting the electronics back from the repair store.
There are two signs on the Lackawanna County business, one announcing the store closed at the end of last year, the other giving instructions on how to get back your merchandise.
The State Attorney General`s Office tells WBRE 28 News they have recieved many complaints about Northeast Audio over the years.
