Updated: January 25, 2007
Autopsy results released today on the body of a man found in Wyoming county show that the body had been there since last December. State police uncovered the remains of 26-year old Devin "Slick" King of New York from a shallow grave near Sorber mountain road on Friday. Police say Cheryl Lawson and John Simon, both of Noxen, robbed King of 14-hundred dollars while the three of them used cocaine at Simon`s home. Police say the pair then shot and beat King with a tire iron and then gave two of their friends drugs in exchange for burying his body. Simon and Lawson face several charges, including criminal homicide. They`ll be arraigned on Friday.
