The man convicted of murder during a 1982 hold-up in Forty Fort will spend the rest of his life in prison. Tyrone Moore was on trial back in 1983. A jury convicted him of killing Nicholas Romanchick as he was robbing the Forty Fort animal hospital. Moore was sentenced to death but that ruling was overturned in the late 1990s beacause Moore claimed he was not represented well by his defense team. The Luzerne county district attorney`s office decided to stop appealing the death setnence and today Moore was sentenced to life in prison.
