Banks Execution On Hold

The Pennsylvania State Supreme Court has put the Banks execution on hold, again.
George Banks killed 13 people in 1982. Five of the victims were his own young children. Banks was convicted of using an assault riffle to shoot and kill his victims in Wilkes-Barre and Jenkins Township.
The next step in the 22 year-old case: A Luzerne County judge must decide if banks is competent to be put to death.
