Turnpike Strike Possible this Week

A possible strike by turnpike toll workers could impact holiday travel this week.
Pennsylvania turnpike collectors are threatening to walk off the job Wednesday... something they threatened to do four years ago before agreeing on a new contract.
That deal expired in September 2003. They`ve been working without a contract ever since.
The turnpike commission says if the strike happens, a temporary flat toll will go into effect... charging passenger vehicles two dollars and commercial vehicles fifteen dollars.
