Program to Help Troops Becomes a Target of a Thief

Items from a collection bin for the "Operation Touch of Home" initiative -- are missing from the Shop Rite in Stroudsburg. Veterans have been handing out shopping lists so people can buy things the troops need. The good news hundreds of items already donated will be shipped to the troops next week.
