Carbon County Man Surrenders to Police

20-year-old Wayne Schaub of Weissport surrendered to authorities this morning. Investigators say Schaub used a baseball bat to kill 55-year-old Henry Kibler junior of Franklin Township. It happened last Wednesday night during a street fight in Lehighton. Schaub is being held without bail in the Carbon county prison and faces a hearing next week.
