Murder Sentence

That sentence handed down today for 17-year-old Joseph Iavecchio. Iavecchio pleaded guilty to third degree murder and aggravated assault in the shooting death of 21-year-old James Rosetti of Canaan township. Police say gunfire broke out last October after Iavecchio argued with Rosetti about a stolen marijuna plant. A judge also ordered him to pay more than 65-thousand dollars in restitution.
