Keystone College Observatory Spring Schedule

La Plume- The Keystone College Thomas G. Cupillari '60 Astronomical Observatory will begin its spring program on Wednesday, March 13 at 7:30 p.m. and continue each Wednesday and Friday through May 31.

Open to the public and free of charge, the spring sessions will be held regardless of sky conditions and will be cancelled by the threat of severe weather.

This season's astronomical programs will feature an illustrated lecture and telescopic observations. The main objects planned for viewing include the moon, the planets Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn, and various double stars, star clusters, nebulae, and galaxies.

The Thomas G. Cupillari '60 Astronomical Observatory is located approximately two miles west on Route 107 from Interstate 81 exit 202 and approximately two miles east of Fleetville on Route 107. For more information, visit www.keystone.edu/observatory.
