Patience prevails for users of 'disaster' courthouse parking lot

Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- More than five dozen craters ranging in size from a few inches to several feet dot the surface of a heavily used parking lot adjacent to the Luzerne County Courthouse. The county has plans to fill pot holes when temperatures rise. For now, workers tell Eyewitness News it's easier to navigate the rather extreme turf when it's frozen.
