Clarks Summit Ice Festival This Weekend (Feb 16-17)

Clarks Summit, Lackawanna County-The Clarks Summit festival of ice is  underway.
  Eyewitness news stopped by the Lackawanna County Community Friday afternoon. 
   Ice carving demonstrations were already taking place.
    This is the 9th Annual Festival of ice in Clarks Summit.
    This year's theme is "Sub-Zero Superheroes."
    This ice festival continues both Saturday and Sunday with live music, ice carvings and horse-and-carriage rides.
