Update: Cody Lee Will Stand Trial

Update:    A District Justice just ruled that there is enough evidence to send Cody Lee to Trial.

Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County-A Luzerne County man charged in the death of his great grandfather is back in court today.
    This is the second time, now 19 year-old Cody Lee faces homicide charges, for the death which happened back in 2009. The charges were throw out a few weeks ago when a judge ruled there was not enough evidence in the case. Then state police rearrested Lee moments after the charges were thrown out.
