Albright Memorial Library Receives $500,000 State Grant

Scranton, Lackawanna County - A Scranton library is one of 15 libraries across the state that was awarded money from the commonwealth Thursday.
The Albright Memorial Library will receive $500,000 from the state.
The money will be used to finance repairs and upgrades to the library.
Three other libraries from northeastern Pennsylvania will also receive money. The include the West Pittston Library in Luzerne County, the Dorothy E. Warner Branch Library in Pike County and the Wayne County Public Library.
