Police Charge Wayne County Man in Wife's Death

Criminal homicide charges have been filed against Robert Jufer in connection with the death of his wife in Wayne county in 2010
   68 Year old June Jufer was found shot to death inside her Texas Township Home on October 17.
    At the time, Robert Jufer told police he was at the store at the time.  When he returned home  he told police he was attacked and knocked out.  He told police when he regained consciousness he went for help.
    Today,  police arrested Robert Jufer.  Eric Deabill will have more on this story tonight on Eyewitness News.
