Vice President Joe Biden has prepared a plan to help curb gun violence in our country. Some people feel the problems don't have anything to do with guns...

"The weaponry is not the modern problem...I think it's a breakdown in our culture.  I don't want to sound like a bitter old man, but it's got to be games and movies." said Frank Lyons of Olyphant.

Others feel the problem lies with the non-licensed gun dealers...

"Citizens can go to a gun show, rent a table and sell to anyone....that's the loophole, people are getting them to people who shouldn't have 'em." said Jerry Decker of East Benton

The Vice President hasn't released any details of his plan to to public - just to President Obama.
The resolution reportedly contains 19-points to help curb gun violence.
The Vice President admitted this problem is much to large for one surefire solution.

"We know that...There's no silver bullet, there's no -- as one of my friends said, no seat belt that you can put on to assure that you will not be in this circumstance again./

But some still feel it might not be enough...

"The crazy people are still going to get in and find a way to do harm no matter if we take the fire arms away or not." added Jerry Decker

President Obama is expected to reveal the Vice President's  list of gun proposals on Wednesday.
