Lehigh County: Police Identify Jane Doe

The Lehigh County Coronor has identified the body as 26-year old Jennifer Velez-Negron of Reading.
Her remains were discovered on Chestnut Hill Road in Salsbury Township on December 27th. During the autopsy, a tattoo "Javi" was also discovered on the victim's body on the right side of her neck.
Investigators say it's a case of homicide.
