Schuylkill County-

State police arrested a man who they say exposed himself and performed lewd acts at a mall parking lot on Christmas Eve while people did their holiday shopping.

Investigators say Joshua McArdle of Tamaqua preformed the acts in a blue mini-van at the Fairlane Village Mall's parking lot.

The 21-year old will be back in court next week to face charges.
