Seven year old Carley Braham is just one of 60 kids at Janet Weis Children's Hospital in Danville who will get to have a one on one chat with the jolly old elf this week. Carley has been in the hospital since Monday. She suffers from diabetes. Her mother says a visit from Santa was exactly what her daughter needed, "it was exciting to see her eyes light up and smile and everything she jut wasn't expecting it," explains Nancy Braham.
Mary Tiffin, one of Santa's elves goes room to room with her Santa-cam in hand, bringing the spirit of Christmas along with her, "We bring Santa via an iPad, he's at the North Pole of course, into the room so the children can deliver their Christmas list to Santa."
Santa-cam will make one more round around the hospital on Friday. Each child also receives a toy from Santa's helpers.
