Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County-Santa Claus stopped by to pay Collin Manheim of Wilkes-Barre a visit at his home, Thursday afternoon.

We introduced you to Collin earlier this month.

The seven year old has been battling leukemia since he was two..

Last December doctors said his body could no longer tolerate chemotherapy.

His only hope was a core blood stem cell transplant. Now one year later doctors say Collin is cancer free.

Collin's father, Mark,  is asking people to send Collin cards to keep him fighting... But Santa decided he should get a personal visit.

Mark plans to give Collin all the cards on December 21st, the one year anniversary of his transplant. If you want to send a card to Collin you can mail it to : Collin Manheim 50 Custer Street Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702
