A day care worker found little Jafaan Feliciano not breathing at about seven Thursday night.
Police did CPR and an ambulance took him to Pocono Medical Center. He was pronounced dead there.
The day care is an in-home facility in Stroud Township. It's called "Thompson's Family Daycare." it's operated by Deborah Terry Thompson.
We spoke to her this morning and she said she didn't understand why police had called the incident suspicious.
She said she would talk more later -- but when we contacted her again this afternoon. She said she didn't want to make any comments about what happened.
We also spoke to a representative from the department of public welfare - that's the agency that licenses day cares. She said there is an investigation but wasn't sure if they daycare would be allowed to operate during the investigation.
We looked into the daycare records online. It hasn't been inspected in more than a year. The last inspection showed the owner did not have all the proper training. But she eventually did get that training.
There was an autopsy on the baby today. But the final results won't be back until some lab work is complete. That could be several weeks.
