Hazleton, Luzerne County--   34 year old Eric Gwaltney was gunned down just several blocks away from his Alter Street apartment by a yet unknown person. It happened in the early morning hours of September first. Seth Gwaltney, Eric's brother, believes that not enough is being done to find his killer. He said, "I know the Hazleton Police department is understaffed but I think more can be done to find the killer. They can reach out to other law enforcement agencies for help like the FBI and State Police."   Hazleton detective Ken Zipovsky said he will not respond to allegations that the department is not doing enough and will not comment on details of the probe..but did say,"We have been getting a lot of information from a lot of people and we will make an arrest in this case."
