Federal Judge Drops One Charge Against Musto

Musto was facing 8 charges after being indicted by a grand jury for allegedly accepting some $40,000 in bribes for his influence in obtaining state loans for projects in at least one local municipality.
A judge ruled that one of the charges did not fall within the statute of limitations and was tossed out.
Musto is trying to have his trial postponed because of health problems..
