Scranton, Lackawanna County-Children from preschool to fifth grade attended the 12th annual Patrick O'Malley free Halloween Party at McDade Park in Scranton.
Kids received free give aways and even got to get their picture taken with the Wicked Witch of the West.
The history of the event has a special meaning for Lackawanna County Commissioner and event organizer Patrick O'Malley.  He told Eyewitness News that some of the children who attended the event over the years are now bringing their own children to the event.
