Fred Rosetti Expected Back in Court This Afternoon

Scranton, Lackawanna County- A former education leader in Lackawanna County plans to plead guilty today after a lengthy corruption investigation.
 
    Fred Rosetti is the former head of the Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit number 19.
    Authorities indicted him on 13 different charges in February.
    Last month, he struck a plea deal with prosecutors  agreeing to plead guilty to two charges -- mail fraud and theft.
    The recommended sentence will be 12 to 18 months in prison and a fine of 120-thousand dollars.
    Rosetti is expected at the federal courthouse in Scranton at 1:30 this afternoon.
