Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- Four people stayed elsewhere Saturday night after a 3-alarm apartment building fire in Wilkes-Barre.  Firefighters were called to douse flames shortly after 12 Saturday afternoon in the city's Miners Mills section.

Smoke billowed from the roof of the 4-unit apartment building at 37 and 39 Hurley Street.  Crews used a ladder truck to pour water onto the flames and had the fire under control in one-hour.  Nobody was hurt. A city fire inspector is investigating, but so far there's no word on a cause.
