Eyewitness to History: Hitchner Factory

A West Pittston building that has been part of the community  for more than a century gets a facelift.
      United Neighborhood Centers bought the long vacant Hitchner Factory, renovated it, and will soon have tenants.

Put  finishing touches on the landmark.
 18 apartments are already rented at "The Hitchner"  with tenants moving in by the end of the month.
