West Nanticoke, Luzerne County-- Banko's Restaurant is back in business and it was something that was in doubt after last September's flooding. Mark Skipalis is a manager at Banko's and said, "This was made  possible because family, customers and strangers joined forces. There was no help from FEMA. "  Dave Smith added, "This is the result of the work of real people the salt of the earth who said we want Banko's to live on and we wont let that river take it down."
