A District is a region of the state. PennDOT has divided the state into 11 Districts. Each has a District Executive who is in charge of all roads and bridges in their part of the state. District 4-0 covers 6 counties of Northeastern PA: Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming.''
District 3-0. Situated in scenic north central Pennsylvania, our district covers nine counties. They are Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, Union and Bradford.
Pennsylvania's law prohibiting text-based communication while driving went into effect at 12:01 a.m. on March 8, making texting while driving a primary offense carrying a $50 fine.
