Wilkes-Bare, Luzerne County-- State,County and City Detectives served a search warrant at 117 Hill Street in Wilkes-Barre Friday as part of the ongoing investigation into the shooting death of 14 year old Tyler Winstead. It was the second search in five days at the same home. Elijah Yussuff and his family live in the home. Yussaff witnessed the shooting of Winstead and told police and Eyewitness News that he saw a suspect flee the scene of the shooting in a late model Ford Taurus. Sources cose to the case tell this reporter that Yussaff's version of the night's events is not adding up. Neighbors say they want closure and they too have alot of questions. Glen Thomas said, "I did not hear any gunshots that night so what really happened?" Ceclia Leigh said, "He was a good kid he deseved better..why doesn't somebody come forward and say what happened?" The District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis told Eyewitness News, "We are not ruling out anything and our investgation is moving in the right direction."
