Bellefonte, Centre County-- A prosecutor in the Jerry Sandusly case says the victims will have their day in court despite the best efforts by the defense to prevent that from happening.

Assistant State Attorney General Joe McGettigan said, " He created this charity, The Second Mile, to have an assembly line of victims. He sodomized and raped them." McGettigan added, "He had an opportunity to meet his accusers face to face and get specifics about the allegations at a preliminary hearing but he opted not to do that."

Sandusky's lawyer, Joe Amendola, fired back at prosecutors and said, "We can defend all of these allegations and we will prove he is not a child molestor. We also want evidence gathered during a search of Jerry's home to be put into trial, if there is a trial, because of what they did not find. They did not find any evidence of pedophilia. A person just doesn't turn into a pedophile in his 50's with no evidence anywhere in the house."

A Judge will rule on most of the pretrial motions sometime next week. The trial is set to begin on June 5.
