Duryea, Luzerne County -- There was a showdown at a council meeting in Luzerne County Wednesday evening.

Some flood victims from Duryea plan to file a lawsuit against the borough -- claiming leaders were negligent in connection with last month's catastrophic flood.

Residents at the meeting say there weren't enough sandbags for property owners to use -- and borough leaders didn't give them enough notice to move to higher ground.

A Philadelphia attorney told the I-Team he plans to file suit against four borough officials --including the mayor and council president -- for their actions.
