West Pittston, Luzerne County-    Francesca Carrannante says her family restaurant, Antonio's Pizza on Wyoming Avenue, may not reopen unless federal relief funds come in. Carrannante told Eyewitness News, "We need help from FEMA now, not later. We are not alone. Flood insurance just is not enough. We are very close to this community and have done much here."

Erin Malone from Bear Creek volunteered to help clean out Antonio's. Malone said, "I was sitting at home. We did not have much rain and I thought I will come down and help out. I don't even now the family. It was the right thing to do."
