United Way Baseball Clinic

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees team up with the
Home Run Team sponsors consist of
community-minded businesses that pledge to donate $25 to United Way for each
home run hit by a Yankees player throughout the season to help those in need. In
return, Home Run Team Members receive broad-based community exposure throughout
the year and invitations to exclusive events – such as the baseball
clinic.
The baseball clinic is for more than 100 children between the ages of 7 to 14 years will
have the opportunity to receive tips from a number of Yankees players on
batting, catching, and pitching.
