(Saturday, July 8) A 15-year-old boy is in the hospital, after being shot Saturday afternoon in Scranton. It happened at the Sunoco Gas Station on Moosic Street just before 2:00 PM. Police say Ira Miller was shot once in the leg. He is now recovering at the hospital. Police have arrested 19-year-old Justin Moore for pulling the trigger. He faces charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. Cops say Moore was trying to shoot a woman, but the teenager purposely got in the way of the gunfire. Cops say the victims wounds are not serious. He is alert and talking to investigators. Police do not think the shooting was a random act -- they believe it was a domestic dispute. Cops are still searching for a second suspect who was involved in the shooting.
