(Wednesday May 24th) A Scranton fire inspector has determined a fire that destroyed a three-story apartment building is arson. The early morning Hill Section fire on April 30th gutted the building in the 900-block of Quincy Avenue. The building housed four apartments and cost six-people their home. The fire investigation took a good deal of time because the fire left the house structurally unsafe. Demolition crews spent, tuesday, tearing down what`s left of the Hill Section home.
