Burn Ban in Carbon County

(Saturday, April 22) Saturday`s rain is a big relief for firefighters who have battled brush fires all week long, but it hasn`t stopped additional burn bans from taking effect. Carbon County is the latest county to enact a burn ban. It started at noon on Saturday. People cannot burn garbage in burn barrells or on the ground. It will be in effect for 30 days. Carbon County is the ninth county in our area to put a ban into place.
