(Monday, March 20) Monday was supposed to be the first day of jury selection for the trial of a Hazleton man who turned a motorcycle charity ride into a death trap. But this morning Jeffrey Borrin stood before a judge and admitted his guilt on all 13 charges against him. This, despite the fact that there was no plea agreement with the prosecution. As the family of the victim watched, the 23-year-old admitted that he plowed his S-U-V into a line of motorcyclists in Butler Township last July. The crash killed 41 year old William "Butch" Delaney and seriously injured his wife Linda. Delaney`s father was emotional today after he finally heard the words he`s been waiting for the past 8 months. Jeffrey Borrin is at the Luzerne County Prison and will be sentenced on may 15th.
