Selenski Cracks a Smile In Court When Escape Evidence is Revealed

Nine witnesses took the stand in day 3 of testimony, including Selenski`s brother, Ron. Ron Selenski said he gave his gun to Patrick Russin, not Hugo, on the day of the murders. Another interesting twist Friday was when the judge decided that the jury could see the bones found in Selenski`s back yard. Today prosecutors showed jurors more than ten boxes containing 22 human bones. Family members of the victims say that was the toughest part of the day. "The bones, the bones, wow. I didn`t expect to see that today," said an emotional Matthew James, the brother of Frank James who was murdered. Selenski`s escape was also brought up in court Friday. As a trooper identified bed-sheets which Selenksi used to break out of the Luzerne County Prison, Selenski turned around, smiled, and almost started to laugh. A judge tossed out those escape charges last month on a technicality.
